Refund Policy
Registration & Payments
Deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot in our classes or events unless otherwise stated. The remainder of payment is due in full at the time of the class. Project Preparedness LLC accepts all major credit cards and secure digital payments through Elavon. Please note that registration is not finalized until payment is successfully processed. Failure to pay remaining course fee will result in you being unable to participate or receive credit for the class.
Cancellation & Refund Schedule
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us via email. Our refund policy for classes and events is as follows:

Deposits are non-refundable

Cancellation with at least 72hrs notice: deposit can be transferred to another class

Less than 72hrs notice: You forfeit your deposit and will not be able to transfer it to another class

Attendance & Company Cancellations
If Project Preparedness LLC cancels or reschedules a class, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or a credit toward a future session. We cannot offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated fees for missed classes or late arrivals. All refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to process.
