1. Educational Purpose & Disclaimer
All content provided by Project Preparedness LLC is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical or emergency advice. We do not guarantee specific safety outcomes or the absolute prevention of injury or damage. Participants are responsible for applying learned skills in accordance with their own judgment and applicable laws and professional standards.
2. Registration & Payments
Class registration is confirmed only upon receipt of deposit if applicable. Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. By registering, you confirm that you meet the age requirements specified for the course or have appropriate legal parental consent. We reserve the right to modify class schedules or content if necessary to improve the learning experience.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within the 48-hour window are eligible for class credit only. No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of the class start time are non-refundable and forfeit any credit. Please contact us immediately if you need to reschedule.
4. Participant Safety & Conduct
Safety is our primary concern. All participants must strictly follow instructor directions and safety protocols. Project Preparedness LLC reserves the right to remove any individual whose conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive without a refund. You acknowledge and assume any physical risks associated with participation in hands-on preparedness exercises.
5. Intellectual Property & Privacy
All training materials, including handbooks, digital content, and proprietary curriculum, are the exclusive property of Project Preparedness LLC or the entity that provides the materials (ie the NRA or American Red Cross) and are for personal use only. No part of these materials may be reproduced or shared for commercial purposes without written permission. We respect your privacy; personal data is used solely for class administration and essential communications.
6. Governing Law & Term Changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Project Preparedness LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
